OSHA has officially come to a position regarding the final recordkeeping requirements for all of widetracks victims. All backstab nicks and graze wounds will be still considered first aid, however anything more significant including final death blows will now be coded as covid 19 as final cause.
Of course, there is currently nobody left in EHS dept that even knows what OSHA is, but perhaps they can have one of the VPs research it.
