There are job postings because they are shopping for better and cheaper employees.
🤣🤣🤣 jesus christ they'll hire any r—d these days. Job postings have nothing to do with layoffs bro. EEOC requirements force companies to post to their job board even if there is zero intention to hire anytime soon. The point is to be able to satisfy those requirements by appearing to offer those jobs to external applicants. Absolutely no hiring is going on. You may not have noticed this with your head buried so far up your a$$, but the company has been trying to reduce staff, not add too it. Company just posted today that they will resume plans to split it up again. Same game as last year. Get read to be bought by the lowest bidder just so we can go through another year of layoffs.
There are always job postings on the website, that does not mean there are not layoffs. It can happen simultaneously. Hiring through one door and laying off through another is pretty common.
