Thread regarding Broadcom Corp. layoffs

First Hundred Days of 2021?

I believe we will see at least 1 announcement of an acquisition in the software groups. This will be a smaller, refined company that had a rough 2020 but has the upside of consistent revenue from customers that don’t hate them, yet. This will work if someone can cut costs—The Broadcom M.O.

In the second half of the year, I expect to see a very large $10B+ acquisition of a well known organization that again has run into growth or financial troubles. I bet they may not fall into an existing business group but will add new revenue streams—maybe infrastructure—who knows.

LOL. As the writer was of this—it didn’t age well... but I am still calling we see a major acquisition—or maybe a ISG divest—this FY.
