Ironically enough, the marketing campaign for last year was Game of Thrones themed.
I'm not sure it will matter at this point. The culture used to be one of the reasons people wanted to work here. Over the last 3-4 years as the Game of Thrones succession planning strategy has played out, contenders for the throne have become cut throat and short sighted. Short term gains are prioritized over long term health. Innovation is stifled and talent is fleeing.
Even if Jamie is the "winner", is there any prize left worth winning?
