Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Why is Eddie suing HTS owners?

I heard that some HTS owners were being sued by Eddie. It seems he doesn't care if the owners can't make it due to lack of product and Kenmore, Craftsman and Diehard being diluted. Owners walk away after committing financial su–ide only to have Eddie go after them. Why doesn't he help owners? Oh, he can't he scr-wed the pooch when he filed bankruptcy and didn't pay vendors!! Classic, he doesn't have to be held accountable, but owners are being held accountable. The owners are just gloried workers being paid below min wage.

It’s a sad situation for sure. Really feel sorry for the surviving owners.

Has anyone thought about starting a go-fund-me account to save sears. If everyone sends Eddie their $600 stimulus checks we can all help turn the company around.

Suing HTS owners will lose Eddie money, therefore he will greenlight it. Doing the opposite of whatever Eddie's doing has been a guaranteed moneymaker for over a decade.

Loss prevention at Hometown stores will guarantee that money gained from reducing theft and missing items will be more than adequate for the payment of legal fees for store owners.

Eddie sued the vendors too because they didn't want to ship product because 1) they weren't paying him and 2) they didn't believe Eddie would make good on his word. Vendors, like every Earthling know that Eddie is incompetent at being a proper mammal. It's why he was cucked.

I work in LP and all of us left in LP have joined together to save Sears! Make Sears Great Again (MSGA) is our motto. We are having hats made, which are green (the color of money) with MSGA emblazed on the front, to inspire others. Forget no customers, forget no merchandise, forget Walmart; everyone will come back to Sears to shop and watch us parade around in our green MSGA hats. Eddie is our hero, he will deliver us! I beg you to join our cause and march on to victory!

Poor Eddie. Article: https://www.forbes.com/profile/edward-lampert/?sh=6f7b856e546d. Today (1/3/2021) Eddie is 2057 on Forbes list of the wealthy, with a net worth of only 1.5 billion. If you have any compassion, not to mention extra money sitting around, send it to Eddie. This is so embarrassing for him, we must help! First, the country goes to pot, then Sears goes to pot and now Eddie. We must act. How about a march in Florida on January 6th to support Eddie? He need our help!

Inventory supply issues have been ongoing long before COVDI-19 . What plans does Eddie have? He doesn't seem to like to tell anyone his plans, so why are you sooooooooooo sure he has your best interest at heart? You seem very confused dealer/owner. Take the Rose colored glasses off and sip a little bit of reality.

Hey Shill,
seven hundred owners lost their stores, and the program lost its outlet segment and the Point of Sale system that was charged off on the owners to American Freight which promptly changed the name from Sears outlet. Ohhh guess who is the CEO....? Why the CEO of HomeTown... You can't make this sh!t up.

So many owners are working for less than minimum wage due to the actions of....

Here's another one, the CEO is from Connecticut, so is EL.

last one, the COO of HomeTown allegedly took his own life.

Thats the hook you want to hang your hat on.
