When are these 2021 layoffs happening then?

Definitely, exapts in Aramco are way too expensive, they can hore them for three times less than they are paying now.
They can hire new expats for much cheaper. They have finally realized there’s no need to pay people their U.S/Canadian salaries a few times over, they will come for much less.
That's the business model. Hire up to date, relevant expat talent and grow from that knowledge.
Develop their local people and then after a time after those skills become common place and passé ,
release those expat employees. While at the same time being on the 'hunt' for new blood/talent/skills. It's a continuous cycle, been happening for decades. These people are smart, been trading and dealing in commodities since the beginning of time.
WT Hay, Aramco is recruiting again for upstream engineers. Riddle me this? What company lays off massive numbers of engineers and now is recruiting to fill positions that most probably had layoffs. I am convinced mo–ns do actually manage this company. Wonders never cease in the magic kingdom.
Expats in Aramco are absolutely safe, since bad apples snd black sheeps have been laid off long time ago. Nothing to worry about.
It’s happening now. Say goodbye to your coworkers in a global email before your computer screen goes blue with instructions to report to Al Midra Human Resources.
It will mot happen. Someone is playing with witchcraft.
It looks like the first quarter is going to be very devastating for the Expats. It is hoped that not too many overconfident people are caught with the britches down and their pockets empty.
They will never happen. Desperate M or D guy is typing nonsense.
Before the end of Q1 buckle up!
Coming this week. Brace yourself.
Supposed to be first quarter. The managers generally do not like letting US expats go until absolutely required by the Senior Management. This process is not something they enjoy.
