The entire time I worked there I was afraid that I would lose my job. I finally realized that it is not worth suffering so much stress because this company does not provide any benefits that would keep workers loyal. Just a feeling of bitterness.
By staying in this company, I realized I was just wasting my time. Instead of spending all this time in fear, by now I could've been already working somewhere else.

If youwere in Jax in early 2000s then we probably worked together. AH and KH ran the Time group very well. We worked hard, and k–led our numbers, and even got to go on a Cruise.
Hey cool, another Jacksonviller - I don't see many around here.
Ya things have changed big time for Time. We used to enjoy our own thing back before this whole "transformation" thing came along. Now they're making us more and more like Payroll, and it's awful. I'm in a little niche group which remains immune to much of what I see complained about on these boards so I can't relate to many of the horror stories on here.
Management is waaaay different from the early 2000's. I miss those days
When I started at ADP (2005) it was a great environment...well, I can't speak for the entire company but my business unit in Jacksonville was a cohesive, capable team with really good management.
I worked in several parts of ADP, some better than others, but none of them were awful.
The change in management philosophy didn't affect my area until around 2015. I was concerned, but decided to "ride it out" to see if things would improve. They didn't. When VERP was announced (I didn't meet the age requirement), I knew it was time to go. Employee morale had been destroyed by uncertainty & unattainable expectations. The work environment could only be described as toxic. By that time, I had stopped thinking of ADP as a career, it was just a paycheck...and that paycheck just wasn't worth it. Plus most of our best resources had left or were on their way out the door.
I finally left in 2018. No regrets at all.
I've been contacted several times about coming back as an employee and as a contractor. I can't imagine a scenario where I'd be willing to go back.
- or leave ADP on your own terms.
Everyone at ADP should be let go. It is a highly discriminatory company. It should be dissolved if it doesn't fail on it's own soon enough.
You probably should be let go.
Considering the stock is down $7.50 today already, I bet your feeling is right. ADP will fire up the layoffs again now that the new year is upon us and the stock is hurting.
I believe I will be let go soon. They keep hinting at it. I am thinking about quitting but my friends say to wait and see what happens. But the stress isn’t worth it.
Sorry, I don’t ask for permission, it’s MY turn to fly.
Yes, ADP is an awful place to work at. Definitely dysfunctional.
Is this the same childish person trying to convince everyone that ADP is a Xanadu? Still dodging questions? Must be "bettering" yourself, eh? Don't you need to get back to work?
Is this the same old crabby lady with anger issues that expected ADP to take care of her from cradle to grave after she faked her way through the interview process?
It is, isn’t it? Man ADP lives rent free in your head.
Bingo. You have seen the light! ADP is a terrible place to work now. Life is way too short to deal with ADP's crummy management and horrible treatment of employees.
