Damn the torpedos, full speed ahead. Keep beating that horse, even though she is mid stream and her nostrils are underwater, you have been f—ging a dead horse for awhile now.
Just but another band aid on the open wound that needs stitching it will be all right. You just need the right attitude.

No, in this case, FM=Facility Manager. At one time we were all Baker Hughes employees. But GE made a decided to sell us all out to CBRE. So, we were all transferred from BHGE to CBRE, at a lower pay scale.
I knew the history of CBRE and have first hand knowledge, that they s—.
Several of us were well aware of the final outcome of this transition.
Some were able to start new careers and others decided to hang in there to see how it was going to pan out. Well, it isn’t.......

Let me tell you something, it wasn’t just him. He just happened to hold out thinking that things would get better. There were several GOOD FM’s that jumped ship beforehand that were just as hard working, dedicated and knew their job better than him. We left because we knew what the final outcome would be. Knowledge is not always knowing of the present situation but being able to predict and know what the future has in store for you. I knew what the outcome would be and tried to explain to the younger fellas, but, you can only lead a horse to water, you can’t make them drink it. So know he will have to start his new career like everyone else has. It is sad but just the way it is. He was a good guy, but too young and too trust worthy thinking that they were going to
Look out for his best interest.
