Long-time ConocoPhillips’s employee here. I’m hoping to be “let go” gracefully with EOI and wish this merger and combined company well. But, that said, y’all need to be aware of the backstabbing poisonous culture at ConocoPhillips’s. Be prepared to leave. You will know exactly what I mean, soon.

I worked at COP and this post is spot on. I know people still working there and it hasn’t changed and it sounds like it has gotten worse since I left in 2016. Good luck.
That sounds like what CXO became after our COO retired.
Smaller the better IMHO.
