Expecting change for layoffs from poor leadership or layoffs from M&A. Either way layoffs.

Just have no more effs to give about whether or not I am employed by SWN after January 2021. There will be layoffs in January and a new CEO in February. Said the quiet part out loud.
Raise your hand if you think our can’t get his stock up >$4, cheesy smiling, starched shirt wearing CEO will be gone before the next layoff. Yes some are correctly predicting mid January but I think we will see new leadership after next BOD meeting. So who is with me by show of hands?
I have family that works there. Don’t be surprised. Last post is good but thinking inside the box. OE is an outside the box company. Stay tuned. Oh and yes relo are expected. Layoffs not expected.
Yeah I highly doubt a Private equity company with a 1 billion dollar commitment does a LBO of a 4.5 billion dollar EV company like SWN
OE might. My neighbor works for them. Complete opposite of us. Great leadership strong balance sheet. Reward employees.
Who the heck in PA would buy us? CNX and EQT can’t handle the acquisition. Range just got out of a bad relationship with their memorial acquisition and are loAded up with debt.
It’s my 1A right to post this. I am at the office today and several high level leaders are in closed door meetings with some “suits”. Don’t care that I am on my laptop and posting this as this is protected speech. I know what this means!!!
Yup. I seent it could happen. Would change a lot of things here at Southwest. May have to rename to northeast energy. Haha.
