Drove by there yesterday and noticed its being destructed. Would anyone tell me what happened to this campus, has it been sold?

I worked there back in late 90's. It always remined me of high security buildings I saw while in the Navy.
halcatraz was a hole...particularly the basement. they had a decent salad bar however.
