Anyone seeing a drastic cut in store hours? More than usual after Christmas or is it just here in the Southeast?

@1vib, google the term NLRA - we are not discussing anything confidential, just exercising our right to discuss wages and work conditions with each other.
Not sure I am not in southeast, but they started asking people if they want to go home early But they are just giving the hours to other employees and managers getting some overtime. Not really cutting that I can tell. Just figured they were trying to give time off for the holidays.
Please don't use a public forum or put things in writing. It lowers the ability to be flexible and maintain the confidentiality of the business and the employees. Just relax and talk with your manager about any problems. He/She will contact the proper department with no messy paperwork to get in the way.
