How about the latter, not coming back because there is a devastating "pandemic" sweeping the world and the customers are tired of junk.
PEOPLE ARE DYING AND MANY FAMILIES ARE HURTING. THAT'S WHAT MATTERS.
Pretty much what you described. Are people waiting for the store to restock before looking to make an exchange? Are they waiting for the supposed after-holiday "crowds" to dissipate before venturing in? Or, are they just not coming back? A mixed bag? Time will tell.
