We non-essentials are now slated to continue working from home until 6/1. Will the company leverage this window to re-evaluate it’s necessary infrastructure to support non-essential associates? Do we need the buildings and garages, do teams really need an office, or are they performing effectively without it? Is there an opportunity to jettison a building or two? May a couple garages? Think of the cost reductions laying on the table? How can we support social distancing with a 25 story building with cramped elevators?
It will be interesting to see what the first half of 2020 brings. I expect big changes ...
