The execs have been working hard over the holidays and have prepared the culling list for 2021. If only they worked so diligently when it came to making quality software and respecting employees.
They are planning to stagger the cullings over several months to stay under the WARN reporting requirements.
This actions are required since the stock has done so poorly when compared to peers like VMware .

Silent cullings sliding under the WARN radar are being conducted every Monday for the next six weeks. This is all to protect the management bonuses.

Mega cullings coming in August as the stock price continues collapsing
More layoffs coming in August. The multiple lists have been finalized for actioning by HR
A few team members from my team were culled this week. Thank god I escaped the chopping block for one more week. They have eliminated the positions so the survivors are getting fewer in number.
There were some cullings on Monday this week. So sorry for the people that lost their living right before Memorial Day.
God save the queen
More employees have been added to new lists...
It’s like a house of dominoes all falling down
It’s coming in the next few weeks

That is pretty bad that a company like Citrix is doing layoffs during COVID since their products are based off of work from home hahahahah. Not surprised though because they have the same products they had 5 years ago. Citrix has been known to hide layoffs so it doesn't get to the press. They dont want customers to know how bad the company is doing.
