I never liked the name Cody. The name seems very trashy to me. I imagine you have a dream catcher collection and a large fleece blanket with a wolf on in covering your living room window 😒🙄

The Sears in Carolina PR is also closing based off reviews and a phone call to the store. Just waiting on a link so it can be official.
SB might not handle the offshores. The reviews on Google talking about Carolina closing were satisfactory for me.

Seritage can't pay Eddie's bills because they've been losing money hand over fist. They're selling all their better properties in a fire sale for a song. It's purely a liquidation play now, because WB has Seritage by the balls, and has senior priority on the debt. WB would rather Eddie (majority owner) pay him interest until he bleeds it dry. Eddie likes to pretend there isn't a conflict of interest, but everyone knows who calls the shots in everything he owns, losing beeelions and beelions because of his supreme incompetence. Eddie's play right now is to issue himself lots of shares and selling them while the greater fools in the market don't know any better, so the CEO and CFO got the hell out of dodge before the SEC can start going after them for fraud, because exactly those two positions can go to jail for it, and they can only lie so far with the rosy spin Oz demands.

How do you know did you have a chat with the CEO of Seritage? I am sure he managed to fit in your call in-between telling one of his major shareholders he wanted him to close his stores down and get out.
These weren't actually Eddie's choice, It was the CEO of Seritage.
Both the Carolina, PR and Caguas, PR Sears locations were Seritage stores that are both closing simultaneously. There are also 3 Sertitage Kmart locations in Mayaguez, PR, Bayamon, PR, and Big Bear Lake, CA that are also closing. Eddie has now closed all of the 17 Sertiage locations that he had since July.
I thought Carolina, Puerto Rico was also Seritage owned or is that one closing as well?
