No victim here. UP is a joke and I’m here for it. It’s great comedic relief. You are right about one thing though. Most people with college degrees left already. UP is the head football coach that gets up after the game and blames everything on his players. It starts with leadership and there is zero at UP. That’s all.

This company doesn’t even pretend to care about safety anymore. It’s all about the short term profits and insider trading to sell off before the earnings report comes out. Most of the people in Omaha that really liked the company have been laid off or fired a long time ago. Everyone in the field already knew the score. It is literally rated the worst company in America. What else can be said that hasn’t already?

Sad thing is that they will try to blame human factor as the cause. It's really too bad that they will never admit fault, even when everyone already knows the cause of it.
