Has LP apprehended Eddie yet? He's stolen billions from Sears. Some stand-up ex-Marines apprehended him in 2003, but Eddie lied and weaseled his way out before they could execute their mission.

What I don't understand is . How does A retail company having less than 100 stores stay open with such low revenue and still pay operating expenses , payroll ,. We have grocery store chains with more stores than that.

No, but the real news is that Transform Co purchases Radio Shack and is bringing them into existing Kmart and Sears stores so they can have even more employees than customers in the store!

I just heard Eddie is bringing back Service Merchandise and merging it with Sears. This retail format will reduce shrink to zero and with the savings from laying off all the unneeded SEAL team members of LP, will be back to 100% profit in no time.

It was just announced that Transformco has merged with Montgomery Wards and Woolworths. Expect a huge number of new Wards/Sears and Kmart/Woolworths store soon!!!

I would take it with a grain of salt until we get confirmation from LP, EVERYONE knows they are in charge.

Sears.com and Kmart.com will continue to operate with the third-party marketplace sellers. That alone discredits the entire writing when it says they are shutting down shortly.

I would so hate to "loose" my job this time of year.

Also, please review what a proper noun is, as words like corporate offices and executives do not need to be capitalized.

If you're going to write or peddle fake conspiracy theories, at least use the correct spellings of words, construct complete sentences and at least "try" to make it look professional. This is laughable.

Based on the punctuation, spelling, and grammar of the claimed statement I’d put as much truth in this as the “N—rian Lottery Email” scams I get. LOL

My Kmart, in New York, is still doing online orders daily and getting Toy, SKA, C&S, Imperial, Frito Lay and Apparel shipments weekly, so when exactly would the shipments stop? How true is this?

After being called on a number of false claims (such as that Sears once owned Avis, Budget, and H & R Block), his posts went away. There is no way that Transformco is going to use some fly-by-night liquidator that nobody has ever heard of.
