Aflac already moved this direction, and will replace 80% of all Columbus HQ IT and Customer Service with workers in Ireland. It’s cheaper, and more profitable.
Apparently, the reason for hiring IT" professionals" in Ireland is because the University system in the United States is not capable of keeping up with IT demand. This is b—s—! Why would they get rid of a large number of skilled and experienced IT professionals at the same time they are hiring inexperienced leprechauns to do the work? This is the message being communicated, and so far the count >60. It's all about the money. They need more to stuff in their pockets before they run! They love to spin the story into a web of lies.
