Boeing destroyed KLX aerospace and their reputation in Miami and Wichita the day they bought them. Hopefully someday they will sell to sell back to a company that knows how to manage hardware/ consumables commodity and hire back the good people that were laid off. (KLX) successful company ruined. No fault of Wichita or Miami that Boeing failed.

I never get parts, all i get is excuses, a big run-around, broken promise dates and a big headache. Aviall is becoming the "last resort/desperate" alternative.

Aviall is a joke
Yea, as an ex-KLX/BDSI, it was a definite cultural shift, all the little dictators started rising up out of the woodwork, then accepted and promoted. John kept a handle on that. Not anymore, that's the standard at Boeing, which surprised me for sure. Truly terrible layoff decisions happening for BDSI, simply bad financially for the company, but good for those making the decisions (in the short term of course).

Boeing tried to merge dysfunctional and byzantine and incompetent Aviall in Dallas with KLX. Talk about a recipe for a disaster !!!!!!! Aviall by itself was a complete joke. Aviall's accounts payable was out of control, vendors never got paid, the warehouse was an incompetently managed joke, the stockouts were out of control and no one, especially management, ever looked at the stock out report. They didn't even know where to find it. So it should be no surprise that the same incompetent Boeing management that produced the 737 MAX disaster also produced this Boeing Distribution /Aviall-KLX disaster.
