I’ve heard those before, but here on this forum I read some rumors that Delphi is filing for bankruptcy in December due to financial fraud. It’s awful to work in a company that is often brought into that context. Does anyone perhaps have more details about this that they would like to share? Unfortunately, there is always a bit of truth in every rumor.

I heard and seen a lot my team mates are laid of in last 2 weeks. Seems like something is veey wrong
There are rumors of bankruptcy filling in 2-3 weeks. HR is planning to recoup most money and distribute the bonusses to leadership and then file for it. Atleast 2k to 3k people were laid off in November
