I am at a complete loss here. I had to deal with an abusive customer and when things didn’t get resolved I had to get my manager involved. It totally threw me off because he threw me under the bus. It didn’t matter to him that the customer was entirely at fault in this situation (which he is in agreement with) but he expects me to accept it and move on like nothing happened because of the age old adage “The customer is always right”.

Honestly, it’s not worth your time. I hate to tell you how the movie ends, but hy-Vee is really into that the higher you go up. Some of these people cross the line. You’re better than that man. Go somewhere better!!!
Best place to work,I really have to question that.It would be nice if supervision would at least speak to us with a simple good morning.I know we wear red polo shirts and we might be below them but it would do wonders for moral if people like district supervision would speak to employees rather then walk by them and ignore them. This surely isn't the hyvee I hired into years ago when people like Hobt,Watson, and many other executives would come around and stop and speak and shoot the bull with you. This simple task would uplift the moral in these stores and WOULDNT COST A CENT.
