Has anyone had their Holiday Store Hours adjusted due to Covid restrictions in their state?

My store is scheduling associates to leave at 10:30 since it may take customers longer to leave. The curfew in California was just a business closure curfew and not a people curfew...which makes no sense
Local executive orders always mandate. Curfews generally maintain exemptions for traveling to and from work.
We have to close at 10 now on Wednesday and Friday due to curfew but we still have to stay in the store until midnight.
Apparently curfew doesn’t apply to Macy’s employees. Or Jeff doesn’t care.
