I've started looking for a new job but its slim pickings out there. Everybody is having layoffs and if they're not, they're certainly not hiring. I keep hearing of people quitting to go to new jobs and I'm truly curious to know where they are going. What is available and where in our industry?

I’ve been looking a lot in the tech/SaaS industry. They are doing well and will continue to do well as a lot of organizations, like PSX, have no clue what to do to keep up with the demand for better digital systems. While PSX is trying to move to a digital infrastructure, the ELT is so set in their ways that they are preventing IT leadership from making the right progress. Hence, you have a lot of IT individuals, managers and senior leadership leaving for roles at Amazon, Microsoft and Salesforce.
