Same here at Crestview aerospace we were going to build parts for you but now we are drowning in debt. Keep paying six digit salaries to the bone heads who are destroying us.

Just got an email today from a coworker from a different department that they will be laying off in the E2 building In redondo. Not quite sure of how many people will be laid off. I’m more sad that the coworker is young and just started with the company and now facing a first layoff foe the person.

NG will have more layoffs in Q3 and Q4. HQ/ES are way over budget for 2nd year in a row which means labor reduction is the only way to get back into the box. Exec bonus and compensation are tied to getting back in the box, so that's what is happening. Cloud projected savings will drive ES, program overruns will hit the rest. NG will not disappoint the street no matter what, so the reductions will be spread across time and geography to avoid WARN or attention. RIF won't be mentioned but that's what it will be.

Heard that 100 to 200 people received pink slip in Northrop Mission Systems, San Diego last month. Most of them were intern and new grad but few of them were manager and old timer.

Don’t matter how effective. It’s how hard you can pull on one with your mouth. Your doing an awesome job!

Why don't you focus on more important issues like how to be a more effective employee? Layoffs will be with us until Jesus comes again. It's a fact of American life.

Is Northrop management looking out for folks in San Diego and moving them to other Programs there due to the Triton program loss of funding?

We had 101 laid off 1/11/21 WARN act then same day 10 in Maryland (PAX) so total was 111.
All of this was NGAS in San Diego related to the Navy Triton program loss of funding.

Everything is contracts... so depending on what contract you are on will decide who gets let go.

Absolutely everyone is going to be laid off. Every last one of us. Take it to the bank. It's all because of that crummy new logo.
