URGENT! Article: https://www.forbes.com/profile/edward-lampert/?sh=6f7b856e546d. Today (1/3/2021) Eddie is 2057 on Forbes list of the wealthy, with a net worth of only 1.5 billion. If you have any compassion, not to mention extra money sitting around, send it to Eddie. This is so embarrassing for him, we must help! First, the country goes to pot, then Sears goes to pot and now Eddie goes to pot. We must act! How about a march in Florida on January 6th to support Eddie? He needs our help!

Who is stealing from who? It’s all conceptual until it’s real.

Talked to one of the managers I used to work with and he said the store was doing less then 5k a day during the week.

Went in on Saturday and there was no one there. And really not much product at all. This was a former big store.

Then all you need are sales. That is going to be difficult

If all loses are prevented, then all sales will be profitable.

Shop your Way theft is rampant – however the theft is being perpetrated Eddie

According to online reviews https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/shopyourway.com, Shop Your Way Rewards program is the one stealing/ scamming our customers

There aren't enough people left to layoff. Word on the street is that LP will now be tongue-cleaning the toilets. Finally....a job they can do.

it looks to me like Sears has Profit Prevention, not Loss Prevention

This anti LP r—d doesn't realize that SYWR point abuse is an actual thing. It does cost the stores money. When those points are redeems, it is a loss. I don't know why it is so hard for him to understand. Every time points are redeemed it causes margin loss. Margin loss = money loss. When an associate is fraudulent earning/redeeming points it causes a loss. How about don't be mentally ill and abuse a kmart and Sears rewards program? Also stop working for sears and get a real job lmao

“Many Loss Prevention agents have special ops military experience to handle any situation. We see all, and we know all. We are first responders in times of crisis and ready to serve. We stand tall and we stand proud. Halliburton said we’re overqualified, so we came to Sears to keep our skills honed”

Said no former special ops ex-military member............ever.

There, I fixed it for ya.

This special Opps LP force that someone keeps bragging about on here would have trouble catching anything....including a common cold.

Yes, all former military people with special ops experience dream of working at a beat down, on its last legs, soon-to-close company like Sears / Kmart. Get a grip!

If people continue to steal points, then LP needs to get moving on shutting down the Shop Your Way program. Status?

Yet you work for Sears???? How proud is that? Like being Special Ops for Liechtenstein.

It is not only inventory shrinkage, but time theft and shop-your-way point theft too. Many Loss Prevention agents have special ops military experience to handle any situation. We see all, and we know all. We are first responders in times of crisis and ready to serve. We stand tall and we stand proud.

How ridiculous is it that "loss prevention" agents would be "running the show"? Give me a break. This is some LP person's fantasy. There aren't even any assets left worth protecting!

There is a loss prevention conference call scheduled for December 2. One of topics to be discussed is layoffs. I will update when I find out what recommendations we plan to make. Rumor is layoffs are expected to be heavy at the fls level.

News? Ya then lets post it. Rumors? Lets leave that to kids, that's not what adults do. News with links is what's needed.

As transaction deals are completed and posted to the Transformco Properties website, layoffs will commence at some point thereafter, unless they close the unit before reaching a deal then layoffs will commence sooner.
