ADP has cut back so much employees are being given the work of two or three employees with the expectation the employee will work themselves to death. I do blame the employees for not uniting together and standing up to ADP. ADP employee lives matter!

I don't know why ADP would be laying off more employees when they are saving millions of dollars having employees work from home. Think about it ADP is saving thousands on electricity cost, internet cost, upkeep of the facility cost which includes stocking the restrooms. They are not paying for the cleaning crew. I have always know this and the other day on the news they mentioned how companies are saving thousands in real estate by employees working from home. They also stated companies may continue to have employees work from home.

@4mln+184YqRyK - Better be careful what you wish for, you are almost assuredly on the list to be show the door! Only the low performers are left because they are paid a lot less. And of course the newbies who are useless and paid factory worker rates. And lastly, the foreigners who are in the same category as the newbies. Yes, only the dead wood is left... and you, friend, are the shining example! As for ADP being a great company - Kodak was a great company at one time. Circuit City was a great company at one time. ADP is on that same path and it is BECAUSE of bad management and ineffective new employees.

Hope so, clean up the rest of the remaining dead rotting wood laying around and finally modernize this potentially great company.

Ongoing layoffs still happening. Scheduled to continue into 2021 at least.

In just the latest ADP's filings stating 50 million more in transformation costs is pretty much proof layoffs are continuing for at least the next year at ADP. Face it, this place is a dumpster fire.
