There is about a half a dozen of high profile transformation initiatives all of which will result in headcount reductions. The timeline for these initiatives - from 2021 and for 3 years

Consulting revenue is down almost 30%. From 2018 570m to 2019 430 and maybe about 310-320 this year. Last year it was supposed to drop 15% but dropped 24%, which was then stated to have been "by design". This year consulting was supposed to be flat, but it is down about 28% which again is "by design" and covid. Covid obviously made an impact but "by design" is bs. They increased prices to drive margin as according to TC TD consulting wasn't expensive. It was and customer's stopped buying. Terrible management.

Anyway, rev drop is mostly/all consulting. Q4 is normally better than Q1-Q3 avg.

If the revenue keeps declining then to keep the EPS looking good, there will have to be more layoffs sadly, offices closures or share buy-backs with cash reserves

Revenue
2014: $2.7bn
2015: $2.5bn
2016: $2.3bn
2017: $2.1bn
2018: $2.1bn
2019: $1.9bn
2020: Thus far $1.3bn with I guess 450m in the last quarter - so something like $1.75bn
