Love the post above. This is exactly what CBRE does. Pushes their employees to the limit to drive results. Employee achieve those results. Then, when Covid hits they cut and layoff people with no hesitancy. CBRE has no employee loyalty what-so-ever! Then, to add insult to injury they offer cut or layoff employees one of the stingiest severance packages in America. If you want to work at CBRE to get some experience, then do so. But don't stay. Take your expertise to a company that really cares. And hope you don't get cut or layoff, because they will treat you like trash.
