I was with ARAMARK 16 years. Position eliminated in June. So I applied for another ARAMARK position a few weeks ago... actually a perfect fit noted by both. Had 2 strong interviews, hiring manager noted wanted me to talk with higher-ups... everything positive from both. Then all quiet... ghosted. Never has gotten back to me. 16 year strong employee with excellent record desreved a bit better than this.
I am a 17 year current employee... you are correct... things never change... even with this newest CEO, besides his statements when he first came back.
