Entire IT PMO is being offshored to Ernst and Young minus the people. All the people are being let go and their jobs being given to Ernst and Young.
Merck to lay off significant number of sales reps. News will come first half of August 2021.
3/2021. Rolling layoffs in MA as they continue to off-shore work to Manila. Laying off individuals over the age of 50 and significant years of service with low/modest severance offers. Wife was laid off with family health insurance extended a total of 4 days (until the end of the month).
No heads-up as to who'd be impacted other than a consistent quarterly attempts to find justification to fire/lay-off individuals in different departments to stay below the WARN reporting thresholds, Friday lay-off.
