The AWS is being voted on as part of a pay deal in all the UK plants.this will amount to job losses in the next 5 years.part of a new 5 point strategy.

It can’t believe what a screwed up mess this company has become. Got Riffed in 2020 and just last week got my 2020 taxes done and submitted, and yesterday got a letter they screwed up on the amount of 2020 HSA contributions that they say may be taxable income. Now I gotta have an amended tax return done, they did say they’ll reimburse me for the expense. They just keep getting more and more incompetent as time goes on. This c-ap never happened 20 years ago.

My prediction is that whenever it appears they will not be able to
Meet wall street’s expectations for that quarter they will do yet another RIF.

14 years at CMI. 9 years with RIFs, 2 years with salary being frozen and one year without a bonus.

It’s not hard to predict. Just like it’s not hard to predict the death spiral that Cummins has started for themselves. They are not going to get the innovation or dedication for employees with the forced ranking system and with the RIFs they constantly do.

There will be multiple rounds of cuts in 2021. Wait and see. My opinion only, no insider info.

Cummins has progressively market declined for the past several years. Globally closing plants, slashing headcount, desperately downsizing and restructuring band-aids for shareholders (not employees). No innovation. Struggling to maintain market dated products.

Please explain how Cummins are hemorrhaging profits? The share price don't seem to say that?

HCL is an IT company so you are talking just about IT jobs. Also why only direct your anger towards non- white people? Talk to Cummins leadership and let them know you only want white people in the company.

More of the same: increasing outsourcing by HCL and Infosys. American jobs off-shored to Indian companies. Non-citizens, work visas both hiring and firing Americans: Indians as your boss. Foreigners hiring their kind over you, and your kids you put thru college. It’s been happening for several years, now increasing in the Cummins decline. Cummins is hemorrhaging profits and shedding those losses offshore. Why pay you market value, when they can hire 2 maybe 3 people offshore to fill your role? With no benefits. Maybe even contract out your role onshore to a staffing agency. Unless you’re new to the Cummins game, you should know all of the stories on this lengthy posting by now. Wake up!
