Does anyone know the reasons a voluntary program app would be rejected?

But you can still go anytime you want. You just won't get the 4 months severance. If you want to go and they say you have to stay...I would reply with show me the money if you want me to stay.
I have a feeling there will be less applications declined than accepted.
Your application can be rejected if there is not enough bench strength in your discipline, or you are working business critical items. For example, I know a senior lawyer working on a major lawsuit whose application was rejected.
They will accept everyone. They are simply posturing because for them everything is about control.
It’s still a business after all.. the goal is to get rid of the deadweights and we can be leaner and win in the market place.. too heavy presently.. frankly I’m not happy working my arse off yet we are still losing!

They won’t give you a package when you want it. They will give you one in 5-10 years when you are hoping not to get one.
