RTD (URC) needs to be investigated before laying-off bnusiness line employees

Toxic employees and culture was promoted at UIS, RTD. Here is an exam of how the scam worked at UIS (those who disagree should check several living examples of extremely poor RTD management and employees):

STEP 1: Incompetent PhDs quickly begged and became Recruiting Coordinators. Allowed to initiate su-cking up to useless function managers.
STEP 2: With snake like attitude, moved on to become Function Planner doing worthless power points and filling trivial excel cells. Involved a lot of added opportunities to su ck up to function manager.
STEP 3: Become Team Lead or a fake Advisor with the sole job of fudging data to claim fake victories.
STEP 4: Beg and su ck to any and all worthless managers for supervisory positions. Become low level supervisor and start deceiving everyone with greed combined with personal insecurities and complex. Lots of fraud, yes manship and toxic behavior at this stage ruining the entire organization from bottom up.

LOl @OP for exposing the typical URC culture. Anyone who has taken Recruiting Coordinator role or a Safety Lead role or a Function Planner role "ever" needs to be fired immediately!

Following this fire any remaining team leads, supervisors and function managers.

Fire the worst and fire away the problem!

I agree with you but as far as Linda is concerned, please do not use her name at an equivalent level to Neil. It is different that someone is not very incompetent (e.g. Neil) vs someone who is utterly incompetent but good as a barbie doll display so Dallas can use and claim fake diversity through displaying a white woman.

If you have something actionable, present the claim to the corresponding authorities eg. SEC, ethics board, etc.
Otherwise, stfu.

@gsv+182GyXmw is right. The board needs to clean house by replacing the CEO. Not by promoting Neil or Linda, but with someone from outside the company. We need to clean house from top to bottom, like what GE is doing. It's the only way to save the company.

There were several pathetic employees who followed many of the steps mentioned by OP.

Few fudged data in one function and moved on to a different function and over time did enough li cking management feet to move on to become lead and supervisor even for as lowly a position as supervising technicians.

As far as I can see, this toxic culture permeates the entire organization. The supervisors lie through their teeth. The supervisors I have worked for, and this became increasingly obvious in the last few years, have no talent other than yelling if an employee asks a question, lying to their employees during rating/ ranking and 1 on 1s, and flattering their bosses. It's remarkable to watch their behavior change into smooth talking sycophancy when their boss is present compared to when they are with just their staff. These types are lucky to have ExxonMobil to employ them, as no normal company would give them a job. If you want to fix this, fire all the supervisors and middle management, and replace the top management and have them bring in new managers. The current management is rotten to the core.

I encountered a particularly slimy individual who was an expert brown noser and didnt add value at all while at URC. He sold the con well and he's now management in EMRE. Go figure.

Some people with PhD’s are good employees, some aren’t. Just like it is for any category of people. Crusader, if you’re so envious of people with PhD’s why don’t you go and get one?
