Toxic employees and culture was promoted at UIS, RTD. Here is an exam of how the scam worked at UIS (those who disagree should check several living examples of extremely poor RTD management and employees):
STEP 1: Incompetent PhDs quickly begged and became Recruiting Coordinators. Allowed to initiate su-cking up to useless function managers.
STEP 2: With snake like attitude, moved on to become Function Planner doing worthless power points and filling trivial excel cells. Involved a lot of added opportunities to su ck up to function manager.
STEP 3: Become Team Lead or a fake Advisor with the sole job of fudging data to claim fake victories.
STEP 4: Beg and su ck to any and all worthless managers for supervisory positions. Become low level supervisor and start deceiving everyone with greed combined with personal insecurities and complex. Lots of fraud, yes manship and toxic behavior at this stage ruining the entire organization from bottom up.
