Raises to riffs..2021 lay offs? What is the word out there? I hear lots of circulation that leads will have more responsibility and become key carriers...cutting more salary managers out.

already been done in my store. 2 leads are key holders and running slim on managers with no more being hired
Since they are giving us more work with less employees, time to slow your roll and let customers get on corporate's case about why they have to wait for everything.
Thank goodness there is an abundance of low paying jobs that subject the employees to less responsibilities. I see the leads in my store having to do a whole bunch more stuff than the extra dollar an hour is worth.
