As I heard it the people in the Connecticut market , two tech and one manager were no that big of loss considering they didn’t do much.
The manager was offered a tech spot at current salary and refused.
Sounds like a guy that wasn’t do anything was giving an opportunity to work for his money and decided not to.
Problem is, and it stArted with ben, too many managers that are more for politics and have no ability to manage resources or really do anything g other th a. Support their ego. Everyone is related and making a fortune at the expense of crown. It's catching t up. So pleased people that have no experience e are running multi billion dollar departments and can t put a coherent t email together or even use spell check.
Cut all techs, managers in markets that were busy, couldn't keep up with workload as is. Canned two field techs and a manager from a single group. Ahh the almighty dollar.
Agreed. Crazy how poor choices from the directors cuts working jobs, but protects themselves.
