Rephrase the being considered title to

  • it will happen , the letter is in the post. The only bit that won't be rolled in is the sample catcher as they don't know how to automate the spoon until the rig design automated it . So it will continue to be the a suitably over qualified rock doctor with the job to catch samples.

Baker drilling people always adaptable. I'm a sample catcher and have stepped up many times to help out. Also stepped down to a lower grade many times when "thick" directional drillers are run off.

LOL, you guys are funny, good luck, might as well specify "full stack" application engineer, storage engineer, database engineer and systems analyst all rolled into one. Oh and $75K/yr for the lot. Good luck finding someone. You might find some undergrad in India who would jump at that for a green card.

If Baker are combing roles my suggestion is Mudlogger with Application Engineer. Then the AE will understand how a rig works and also grasp some knowledge of the drilling process.
