Anyone think we should diversify our hiring a bit? How many more 45-55 white males can join one company?

Not sure if they believe in hiring a non-white male..... directors are coming out of nowhere, no increase in pay, more workload.
It is nice to be pushed out of your current role (which you are performing in) so a Fiserv person can be brought in. The practice is totally illegal but seems to go unchecked at some levels.
Could be they were the only ones who applied for those jobs.
Whoever comes and goes, 401k match and annual raise will never return

We couldn’t possibly ever know if the best qualified were even interviewed. We only know that they are people who all worked together previously.
Maybe diversification should include NOT hiring the same team from one failing company to the next.
"Diversify" means actively discriminate against the best qualified in favor of the "politically correct" anti- male, anti-white anti-straight agenda...yes in that order.
Is Fiserv the only organization that has qualified applicants or could it have something, just maybe something to do with the fact that Mr. Skelton came from... Fiserv?
If they are fit for the role and know what CS and MP need for direction, why does it matter?
