These queen bees’ job is not to develop a software product, deliver to the clients, or clinch a new sale.They are recruited and promoted because they make PB happy.
Some EXEC cashing out options based on the price right now no big deal. Expect others to do the same. Sales EXECS also in charge of PS is also a solid model. But in this case you have the incompetent sales EXEC based on a 2 year track being in charge of PS implementations. So based on the sales record there is nothing net new to implement. Totally pathetic for a software company. This company is a pump and dump with incompetent people parachuting out end of the day. Including terrible EY people in that landed here, the bottom of the barrel. Every employee needs to run for their lives based on what presents, meaning the US employees. It’s all about this countries employees at the end of all this.
The Queen B is the New Business Sales VP that was recently promoted to also be VP of Professional Services after having sold nothing for 8 straight quarters.

I just switched jobs to a company that has a couple of allscripts product lines and they HATE them. They’re looking into consolidating at epic. I’m so glad I got out of there because it’s clear allscripts outlook isn’t looking great.
I'll assume that the negative arro was due to disliking the immoral behavior of Queen B and NOT directed at the original poster.
Do these 'leaders' not know that behaviors like this are watched by employees AND customers? There's a sickening amount of arrogance there. Unbelievable.
