I am getting so tired of people calling others “s— ups” when it’s actually called “good rapport” - please learn the difference. I started at the very bottom back in 07’ and worked my way up to SM in a high volume location. Yes, I engaged my SM and DM whenever possible because I wanted a well-established career. If people would learn the difference between the two, fewer would limit themselves and there careers for fear of seeming like s—ups. It's not helping anybody.

No one cares
nice try
The OP just wants to vent about people calling them a s— up. He or she s—s up to management and prefers to call it "good rapport". Oh you "engaged" management and the DM whenever possible? The way he or she "engaged" them was s—ing up to them of course. Be sure to get the DM a nice Christmas present this year.
What is the point of this post??
