Over here at NS we got more STARTs (discipline). That’s ended up costing employees in terms of money, so it’s kind of like a reverse bonus....
No profit sharing at BNSF, hell we didn’t even get a Christmas card.

UP carman here. Bonuses are coming December 10th. We hear runors BNSF guys get profit sharing every year. Is this true?

Did you really think that just because the UP got a bonus we would? Remember that tax refund that companies got last year, most companies gave it back to their employees, Walmart, AT&T, not good old BNSF, hell how do you think Buffet got so rich, it wasn’t because he was a nice guy!
