Lots of big name retailers are moving into vacant Sears and Kmart locations. After wasting $5B on stock buy-backs, this is one of the largest transformations from retail operation to real estate turnover in history.

It would be nice if something would. That store closed in September, 2019.
Plus the Dave & Busters that replaced half the retail store and the Cinemark that replaced the auto center aren't looking like such good ideas anymore.
