Ok...because someone from PA is reading this... Some of the intranet articles, and especially diversity articles, are quite tone-deaf to today’s culture. Do you ever get a proof-read from a representative age-range / diversity-range?

We need some fresh blood at PR level like Kanye or Kim to restore our image. I think anyone from Hollywood with top notch plastic surgery are great candidates to lift us out of this mess. Now this you will agree is out of the box thinking that a company like ExxonMobil seriously needs.
I think every group is about to be gutted. Be prepared for some pain.
