We know what the layoff was for each company (70% of EMIT, 50% of GP etc). But who got cut within the companies? Does it appear to have been targeted by CL? By function? By ranking?

Data are available country by country, by BU , by function.
These data do not exist. The process is still going. It will take some time to sort through.
@bxr one of the previous posts showed the breakdown of where the 1600 cuts in Europe were coming from. And yeah it was a bloodbath for the emit and gp folks over there. Much higher % of those orgs was cut compared to F&L for example.

While that is comforting, where do you get those numbers.
