People can say anything- actions, patterns spell out the reality. I don’t know any organization that will come outright and admit they want to motivate you by fear. But you feel it when it happens. And the company/HR is never going to validate those feelings. That’s what your therapist is for- lol
They are upgrading the carpet in Longmont CO. Has not been done in at least 10 years. We were told they do not want to "create an environment that is fear based" .
I don't know about that.
I think omaha 11 is a sure goner, but assuming? Hoping? That 100 will stick around.
They are “upgrading” the buildings pretty extensively in Omaha. Anytime they’ve upgraded a building, they’ve turned around and sold it! They haven’t been upfront with us about losing our jobs or being let go but it’s skeptical.
Rumor of a couple hundred to be let go in December across several segments. Some are already aware and are on deferred plans. Others, it might be a holiday surprise.
What areas were cut in Mobile?
Mobile had a few cuts last week.
