What is going to happen with Test and the Engineering staff at Carrollton ?

Agreed, they work hard and consistently produce good results compared some entitled Americans.
Having worked with SING engineers, they are actually better than us. Good to see jobs moving there and happy to train them.
They will retain them just like CAR manufacturing was retained.... long enough to train SING replacements.
Very sad to see people that have devoted their lives to making Halliburton successful be flushed. Hopefully they will land on their feet. Moving business to country that shares the expense is indeed good business but shows no concern about the people is sad. People there should be concerned what country will under bid Singapore then they will be on the street as well.
Move to Singapore and join the great team.
