id–t. This has been going on for decades. We aren't the 1st industry to outsource labor.
It is easy to find just go to the corporate homepage and search on careers. Come on people?!!
16000 jobs in houston. I forecast 500 retirements and 1800 layoffs, about 1500 from the campus...Which means Hughes landing folks can move to campus and release the lease in Woodlands.
Of course they are sending jobs overseas. If you look at the XOM career website, you will see openings for engineering and IT jobs and other jobs. These are not low value work jobs. These are high skill jobs:

75% Loss at the campus? I mean...what was the point of building the campus then? It will be empty.
I am hearing long term 75% job losses from Spring Campus and from areas where Covide forced employees to work from home - these jobs too getting moved to India and Malaysia. But not to worry, there are still many jobs out there and there is no problem especially if you can relocate.
What’s your point OP? You want cheap gas for your oversized F-150, right? I’m guessing you didn’t b-itch and moan about manufacturing jobs going overseas while you waited in line outside of Wal-Mart to pick up your 55” OLED TV for $500. Don’t like Capitalism and the free market? I hear St. Petersburg is just lovely in the winter.
Does this really surprise you? I hope US penalizes the hell out of them.
