One interesting comment from SB when asked what he liked the most in TD - he interestingly singled out the people and the sort of mid-western values.
Given the wokeness taking over right from the top... and the other remark that he enjoys sitting in a similar seat to SM... wondering if I'm just making up things or it's a real part of the story here.

It is pretty simple. He wanted the CEO position at TD . Did not get it. So, quitting to get that position elsewhere.
