@1icx+17xqh2iE I wanted to find the time stamps in the video to help others out that didn’t want to watch the whole thing. Since I was at the forum, I knew roughly in his speech when he said the pieces of information I was looking for. Then I also decided to skip through the Q&A to see if all the “controversial” questions (about the 401k match being cut and NSI % increased) were included in the video. Sorry I was trying to be helpful and make sure they didn’t cut things out. I’m one of 100 people who was invited to the forum and can give you that information...
Wait! You were at the forum and then rewatched the Q&A? What? Are you some sort of a Darren groupie?
That timing is consistent with the 11/1 date for the 8-10% of the U.S. workforce that was abruptly PIPed (laid off in disguise) to be off the payroll. They will close that chapter and then come out and actually use the word “lay-off” for the next round of cuts in the U.S. The 1600 U.S. employees thrown out via the recent PIP sham will be excluded by the company (and the naive media once the company press release is issued) in all future declarations about the overall size of the workforce reduction in the U.S.
2 weeks from now plus or minus a few days. DW said he’s meeting with the board next week to discuss the US & Canada studies and results would follow shortly afterwards.
Cant watch right now, what’s the timing of the job cut announcements?

I was at the forum. I just rewatched the Q&A piece. Nothing he said in the forum live was removed from what has been uploaded. I don’t know where y’all are getting that the video has been cut and spliced. Sound like conspiracy theorists.
Anyways, what I really wanted to mention was the part where he talks about the 401k cut lasting a few years and no change to the pension is from 51:35-53:00 in the video.
The part where he talked about timing of job cut announcement is at 24:10-25:00.
It speaks volumes about leadership that DW can't be trusted to deliver talking points that are as simple and vague as 'more cuts coming' without this insurance policy of releasing an edited video.
After the money we spend on executive coaching do we really feel like he cant be trusted to not lay another tone deaf egg like 'Im underpaid'?
This whole visit/nonvisit feels like a box checking exercise prescribed in one of the empathy classes the managers have to take.
We can all thank the PR team for requiring 6 hours worth to edit and splice video clips.
