foolishly tried to talk to my coworkers. so brain washed and corporatized it was sickening. let them all sink. it never ceases to amaze that allergy to reality. the like eating feces.

Sadly. Some of the corrupt State govt. staff (you know who you are) is still cushioning their a** on the expense of those laid off.
Incoming leaders have no freaking clue of either UHG core values or what is going on within their teams. They are given a rosy picture by folks who don't know the R of their roles. Contractors over employees.
porkject management mismanagement is always 1st to go. they love those proof of concepts. The elderly folks that still work there are so outta touch it's not even funny. Sorry to hear about that impact. But it all about the bottom line and the c suites getting more billions

Good points. Optum versus the military. At corporate stock holder share holder optum, you have ZERO job security, employment at whim/will, anemic benies, and endless propaganda. etc..etc.. If a person signs up for the military, they offer great benies, job security due to endless wars, and endless propaganda.
